The ALPS-PRO team is a crew of travel experienced experts. Our personal backgrounds allow us to know exactly what is required for organizing high-quality travel services.
We ourselves are all keen outdoor athletes. Some of the team grew up in the Alps and we know all about the particular charms of each area. We want to share our knowledge and personal enthusiasm for all these activities and cultural attractions.
Our team is completed by our English-speaking Personal Tour Assistants, who live locally and have expert knowledge of the area. Our clients' Personal Tour Assistants will act as the first point of contact for the duration of our customers' travel, liaising between clients and service providers, as well as helping with any additional needs. It is our priority to ensure that our customers feel comfortable and personally care-taken of.
About Felix Gerl
The head of ALPS-PRO - Felix Gerl - found the way to combine his passion for surfing and alpine-sports, into his professional career. Born in Munich, he always felt at home in the mountains; during the winters, he lived in many of the ski resorts in the Alps, teaching skiing and doing off-piste guiding. To cater to his need for surfing in the sunshine, Felix built up, and continues to lead, a successful surf center and restaurant in Morocco.
Felix is enthusiastic about outdoor activities, culture, history and good food, and wants to share his love for the mountains, nature and activities, and to pass on his local knowledge to visitors to the area - to show them the real Alps and their most beautiful spots.
